This project involved three Big Leaf Maples in a critical slope area on a property within the city limits of Bellevue, Washington.

The property owner had concerns about the trees and wanted to confirm whether they should be removed. Upon examination the trees showed several signs of decay, infestation, and previous breakage, and removal was recommended. The customer received a report outlining all observations about the trees and the site. In addition, a mitigation plan for replanting in the critical area was included in the report per the city’s requirements. The customer submitted the report to the city and was approved to have the trees removed.
